  • hard cheese - 55-85 g;

  • fresh greens - 15-20 g.

Order of preparation:

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to make it soft.
  2. Take the rolls, cut off the tops from them and choose the pulp.
  3. Lubricate the inside of the roll with oil.
  4. Fill it with pieces of sausages and brisket (can be divided: some with brisket, others with sausages).
  5. Gently pour the egg over the filling (if it is large, it is recommended to partially drain the protein), pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Put the rolls on a baking sheet with parchment and cook in an oven preheated to 190-210 degrees for 9-12 minutes to fry the eggs.
  7. Pull the baking sheet out of the oven, sprinkle the rolls on top with grated cheese and continue baking for 4-7 minutes until final cooked.
  8. Remove the browned rolls from the oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

Such scrambled eggs should be served together with herbs and fresh tomatoes.

Pies with greens and eggs

Pies prepared according to this recipe are a great spring-summer dish, when there are already a lot of green onions and it is one of the most common ingredients on the table. They are very tasty, attractive enough and easy to cook.

Ingredients for making dough:

  • egg - 1-3 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - 460-510 g;
  • butter - 60-85 g;
  • fresh milk - 180-210 g;
  • dry yeast - 10-14 g;
  • salt and sugar - on the tip of a knife.

To prepare the filling:

  • sunflower oil - 145-155 g;
  • egg - 3-6 pcs.;
  • onion greens - 385-410 g;
  • salt - on the tip of a knife.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare a dough dough by mixing sugar, dry yeast and milk warmed to room temperature in a saucepan.
  2. After the yeast has dissolved, add 280-310 grams of wheat flour to the future dough and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Cover with linen cloth and keep warm to raise the dough in volume up to two times.
  4. After the dough has risen, add two cups of flour, salt and butter to the frayed egg.
  5. Knead the dough so thick that it stops sticking to your hands.
  6. Cover again with a cloth and place in heat so that it rises again.
  7. To prepare the filling, mix finely chopped boiled chicken eggs, salt, most of the vegetable oil and onion greens.
  8. Roll out the rising dough, cut into small pieces and form flat cakes.
  9. In each pancake, lay a small part of the filling, fold with a dumpling and blind the seam around the perimeter.
  10. Fry pies should be immersed in hot oil.
  11. After acquiring golden-colored cakes, they need to be laid out on a dish and let the excess fat drain a little.

This will be a great solution when you need to feed a large number of children and in the shortest possible time.

For this we need:

  • a pack of ready-made yeast dough (1 kg);
  • Tomatoes
  • vegetable oil;
  • bell pepper;
  • boiled sausage;

  • greenery.

The sausage does not have to be large, since small sausage mugs are needed.

How to do it:

  1. Cut the sausage into circles.
  2. Fry the sausage in a pan until golden brown on both sides.

  4. Do the same with pepper, having previously cleaned and washed it.
